You are a motivated individual eager to join Amazon's AWS team as a Data Center Technician. You have a foundational understanding of hardware and network diagnostics, and you are ready to engage in physical repairs to ensure seamless data center operations. What you'll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the AWS data centers, ensuring that all servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment are operational. You will conduct in-depth diagnostics on hardware and network issues, followed by necessary physical repairs. Your responsibilities will also include participating in an on-call rotation to address any urgent issues that may arise. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers to tackle complex challenges and improve operational efficiency. Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of AWS services, making you a critical guardian of the cloud infrastructure.
