You have a strong background in business development, particularly within the finance and accounting sectors. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your experience includes successfully managing client interactions and fulfilling job orders, demonstrating your ability to meet performance objectives. Experience in staffing or recruitment within finance and accounting is a plus. Familiarity with market trends and the ability to identify new business opportunities will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing client needs while maintaining a focus on quality service.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and conducting client visits to understand their talent needs in accounting, finance, tax, and audit. You will actively develop and maintain a target account list, generating new job orders according to performance objectives. Consulting with hiring managers, you will serve as a client partner throughout the candidate selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Your role will involve fostering long-term relationships within the accounting and finance community, managing open job orders from intake to fulfillment, and collaborating with colleagues to fill positions and cross-sell services.
