Carvana is seeking a Lead Auto Technician to perform extensive automotive repairs and diagnostics. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience and offers competitive wages and benefits.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your expertise in performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work. Your background includes advanced vehicle diagnostics, allowing you to tackle complex automotive issues effectively. You are skilled in repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues and have experience installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. Your knowledge extends to performing diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles. You are committed to using state-of-the-art tools and techniques in your work, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
While not required, additional certifications such as ASE would be beneficial. Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies and trends will enhance your ability to perform in this role. A valid driver’s license and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential for success in this position.
