What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable database solutions that meet the evolving needs of Point72’s technology team. You will set the technology roadmap and drive innovation through the adoption of advanced analytics and automation. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring continuous database service availability, as you proactively manage risks and lead incident resolution efforts.

You will oversee complex migrations and modernization initiatives, ensuring that they align with enterprise architecture and deliver measurable business value. Your expertise in monitoring tools will help predict and prevent performance issues, allowing the team to maintain high service levels.

As a member of the technology team, you will collaborate with other experts to harness open-source solutions and modern cloud architectures. What we offer

Point72 offers a competitive annual base salary range of $300,000-$350,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or a comprehensive benefits package.
