Plaid is hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead for their Incentives Team to drive the design and execution of Variable Incentives Programs. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills to enhance productivity across the Go To Market Organization.
You have a proven track record in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in designing and implementing incentive programs. Your leadership skills enable you to guide teams effectively, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess data and make informed decisions that enhance operational efficiency. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes. You understand the importance of communication and can articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
As the GTM Strategy & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of Plaid's Variable Incentives Programs across all Go To Market roles. You will collaborate with GTM leaders to manage day-to-day operations while also innovating the GTM design and operating model for future scalability. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies that enhance productivity across the organization. You will lead initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet the evolving needs of the business. You will also be tasked with developing training and support materials to help teams understand and effectively utilize the incentive programs.
