While prior fitness teaching experience or certification is not required, you are eager to learn and grow within the solidcore community. What you'll do

As a Coach/Core Crew Team Member, you will lead clients through intense yet small group classes, ensuring that each participant receives personalized attention. You will educate clients on the proper use of our resistance-based machines, guiding them through exercises that promote strength and endurance. Your role will involve motivating clients to push their limits while providing the necessary support to help them succeed. You will create an engaging and energetic environment, with music that enhances the workout experience.

You will participate in solidcore's comprehensive training program, which will prepare you to deliver high-quality coaching. This program emphasizes individualized support and feedback, allowing you to develop your skills and grow as a coach. You will work closely with training managers who are dedicated to your success, providing you with trackable goals and ample opportunities for improvement.

In addition to leading classes, you will contribute to the overall community atmosphere at solidcore. You will foster relationships with clients, encouraging them to connect with one another and build a supportive network.
