CircleCI is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to drive sales processes for new logos and expand within existing accounts. You'll leverage platforms like HubSpot and Outreach.io to manage the sales cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a bold, intellectually curious, and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of CircleCI's product. You are passionate about presenting its value to customers and have experience in driving sales processes for new logos. You thrive in a role that requires you to actively participate in introducing solutions to new engineering teams and are skilled in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.

You have a proven track record of generating net new opportunities and expanding within existing accounts. Your ability to leverage sales methodologies like Challenger and MEDDPICC allows you to craft compelling value-based solutions that resonate with multiple stakeholders. You are adept at using data and insights to overcome objections and prioritize your pipeline effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will establish and develop strategies for identifying and closing sales opportunities within a strategic segment of customers. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities and expanding your reach within some of the world's fastest-growing technology companies. You will manage evaluations and proof of concepts (POCs), negotiate contracts, and build strong customer relationships.

You will collaborate closely with internal partners, including solution engineers and customer success teams, to influence the product roadmap based on market and customer requirements. Your role will involve using platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach.io, Gainsight, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to build, prioritize, and forecast your sales pipeline effectively.
