Stripe is seeking a Team Lead for Risk Operations to manage a team investigating risks related to fraud and user policy. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in risk management.
You have a coaching mindset and proven ability to communicate at different levels, ensuring that your team is aligned and motivated. With experience in risk reviews and knowledge of policy compliance operations, you understand the complexities of fraud detection tools. You excel in planning and time management, allowing you to effectively support your team of Risk Operations associates. Your background includes managing risk events and identifying at-risk scenarios, making you well-equipped to handle the challenges of this role.
In this position, you will act as a player-coach, supporting a team of 10 Risk Operations associates. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate accounts to identify risks to Stripe's business related to fraud and user policy requirements. You will set clear goals for your team and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure both individual and team success. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally to deliver the best results and promote partnership across various departments. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills in English will be essential in articulating strategies and updates to stakeholders.
