You have a strong background in AI strategy and implementation, with experience in guiding large-scale programs from ideation to execution. You are adept at connecting business needs with technical solutions, ensuring that AI technologies are not only explored but also successfully integrated into customer operations. You possess a deep understanding of AI and Copilot technologies, and you are passionate about leveraging these tools to enhance customer experiences. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can influence decision-making at all levels.
