What you'll do

In this role, you will own and champion the development process, including SDLC, coding standards, code reviews, check-ins, builds, issue tracking, bug triages, incident management, and testing. You will build and maintain a high-performing software development team, focusing on hiring, training, and onboarding new team members. Your leadership will help identify opportunities to eliminate non-value add activities, enabling developers to focus on what they love best—developing.

You will identify growth opportunities for team members, providing an engaging and challenging landscape for career growth. Your leadership, mentorship, and motivation will sustain high levels of productivity and morale within the engineering team. Collaboration with Product Management will be key as you work together on product requirements and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
