Administration Lead, Event & Staff Welfare Management

Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing employee welfare and event coordination, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Your experience includes integrating internal and external resources to develop and optimize event calendars, ensuring that employee care activities are executed effectively. You possess a good understanding of global employee benefits modules and are skilled in designing and optimizing benefits programs that balance compliance with regional standards while ensuring employee satisfaction. You are data-driven, capable of monitoring business satisfaction feedback, and performing thorough data analysis to inform your strategies. Staying informed about industry trends is second nature to you, and you maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and standard operating procedures (SOP).

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the management of daily employee benefits and organize large annual meetings, Christmas events, celebrations, and various offsite meetings. Your primary focus will be to improve employee satisfaction through the implementation of innovative employee care initiatives. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that events align with the company's values and objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring feedback from employees regarding benefits and events, using this information to continuously enhance the employee experience. Your role will also involve staying updated on industry best practices and trends to ensure that OKX remains a leader in employee welfare management.
