Upstart is seeking a Principal Product Manager for their Capital Platform team to build systems that enhance capital flow in their AI lending marketplace. This role requires collaboration across product, engineering, and finance to deliver impactful solutions.
You have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on financial technology or lending platforms. You understand the complexities of building systems that support capital markets and have a strong grasp of compliance and regulatory requirements. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and compliance, sets you apart. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions and improve user experiences. As the Principal Product Manager for Upstart's Capital Platform, you will lead the development of systems that facilitate capital flow through the marketplace.
