What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of accelerating the global growth of Binance Pay — your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage high-value merchant partners who can benefit from our innovative payment solutions. You will lead commercial negotiations, ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with Binance's strategic objectives.

You will work closely with the product team to enable product adoption among partners, ensuring they understand the value of Binance Pay and how it can enhance their offerings. Your role will also involve building strategic collaborations that expand the Binance Pay ecosystem, driving usage and engagement across various markets.

Your day-to-day activities will include conducting market research to identify potential partners, developing tailored pitches, and presenting to stakeholders. You will also monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform your strategies and keep Binance Pay ahead of the curve.

Collaboration will be key in this role — you will coordinate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the benefits of Binance Pay to potential partners and users. You will also liaise with compliance and legal teams to ensure that all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
