Celerion is seeking a Participant Care Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to study participants in Lincoln, Nebraska. You'll assist with check-ins, conduct orientations, and enhance the participant experience. This role requires a customer-focused approach and strong communication skills.
You are a customer service enthusiast with a knack for creating positive experiences for others. Your engaging approach to customer interactions makes you a natural fit for the Participant Care Specialist role at Celerion. As a Participant Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our study participants, providing them with the information and assistance they need. You will conduct participant orientations, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about their involvement in the study. Your role will also involve planning and facilitating enrichment activities that enhance the participant experience, making their time with us enjoyable and engaging. You will develop and track experiential survey data to gather feedback and continuously improve our services. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of participant-use areas, ensuring a welcoming environment. Your commitment to customer service will play a crucial role in fostering a positive atmosphere for all participants.

You will work 30-40 hours per week, with a schedule that includes Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, along with some weekend availability as needed.
