NICE is hiring a Specialist Software Engineer for their Actimize team to design and develop high-quality software solutions for financial crime detection. You'll work with Java and collaborate with senior engineers and architects. This role requires proficiency in software design and development.
You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on designing and developing high-quality software solutions. You are proficient in Java and have experience working collaboratively with senior engineers and architects to create effective software products. You understand the importance of meeting both functional and non-functional requirements within given time and resource constraints. You are detail-oriented and capable of communicating complex software designs through documentation and code.
Experience in financial crime detection or compliance software is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development best practices will help you thrive in this role. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and pushing the boundaries of technology.
In this role, you will serve as one of the top-performing engineers at NICE Actimize, contributing to the design, production, and testing of software that addresses financial crime. You will collaborate closely with senior software engineers and architects to plan and estimate implementation tasks. Your responsibilities will include writing high-quality code, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring that the software meets the specified requirements. You will also participate in design discussions and contribute to the overall architecture of the software solutions.
