HackerOne is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the DACH Enterprise region to drive sales and customer engagement. This role requires fluency in German and a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology or cybersecurity sectors, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to communicate effectively in German is essential, as you will be engaging with clients across the DACH region. You are customer-obsessed, always prioritizing customer outcomes in your decision-making processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
You understand the complexities of the cybersecurity landscape and can articulate the value of HackerOne's offerings, including bug bounty programs and vulnerability disclosure. Your experience in enterprise sales has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex sales cycles and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. You are driven by results and have a strong desire to contribute to the growth of the company.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). You may have a background in technology sales or account management, which will help you understand the technical aspects of the solutions you are selling. A network of contacts within the DACH region can be advantageous, as it will facilitate your outreach efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the DACH Enterprise market. You will identify and engage potential clients, presenting HackerOne's innovative cybersecurity solutions to meet their needs. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve your sales targets. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy, helping to position HackerOne as a leader in the cybersecurity space.
You will also be expected to maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. Regularly reporting on sales activities and performance metrics will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to track your progress and adjust strategies as needed. You will participate in industry events and conferences to promote HackerOne and expand your professional network.
