You are a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree and strong academic credentials, eager to start your career in talent acquisition. You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in both English and Hindi, allowing you to connect with a diverse range of candidates. With 0-2 years of experience, you may have had internships or roles in talent sourcing or recruiting, which have prepared you for this people-focused position. In your role as a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will have a significant impact on AlphaSights' growth by identifying and selecting the best talent. You will manage candidate communications, guiding them through the interview process from application to hire. Your responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for candidates, proactively selling the AlphaSights vision and value proposition, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
