You have a proven track record in managing infrastructure delivery, particularly in cabling and network capacity. With a strong technical background, you understand the intricacies of data center operations and have experience in leading teams to achieve operational excellence. Your expertise in budget tracking and strategic planning allows you to optimize delivery cycle times while maintaining network availability. You are adept at developing sustainable processes and driving automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce rework. Your people management skills enable you to foster a collaborative environment where team members can thrive and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Desirable

Experience in low voltage structured cabling and familiarity with AWS infrastructure services will set you apart. You have a knack for process improvement and a history of implementing successful automation strategies. Your ability to collaborate across teams and maintain industry-leading safety and security standards is essential for this role.

What you'll do

As the Infrastructure Delivery Manager, you will oversee the cabling infrastructure installation for inbound capacity and equipment across AWS data centers.
