Delinea is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own and grow customer relationships while driving product adoption and ROI. This role requires a strong understanding of customer business objectives and effective communication skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology sector. You possess a strong understanding of customer business objectives and can effectively communicate how Delinea's solutions can meet their needs. You are adept at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and success. You are data-driven and can analyze customer metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
Experience in identity security or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and cloud-native platforms will help you understand our offerings better. A background in sales or technical support can also be beneficial in this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from Delinea's products. You will act as the primary point of contact for your customers, addressing their needs and concerns while advocating for their interests within the company. You will work closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and drive customer engagement. You will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback on our products and services. You will analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with product and engineering teams to address any issues. You will also develop and deliver training sessions and resources to help customers effectively utilize our solutions.
