What you'll do

As a People Operations Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the Manager of People Operations to develop and execute strategies that support managers across all business units. You will organize and lead regular meetings with HR and managers, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and that leadership goals are clearly articulated. Your role will involve strengthening relationships between HR and managers, helping to create a cohesive and supportive work environment. You will also be responsible for documenting processes and ensuring that they align with the company's values and objectives.
