In this role, you will oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production for a full working shift. You will fully manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite. Your responsibilities will include quickly identifying bottlenecks that affect site throughput and efficiency, conducting root cause analysis, and developing action plans in collaboration with the site leadership team. You will conduct weekly site performance reviews, reporting on performance versus targets, challenges, and countermeasures. Additionally, you will guide daily site manager huddles to establish the day’s tone and priorities. You will aid in the execution of Continuous Improvement projects and implement process changes while providing regular competency-based feedback to your team.
