What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Ethics & Investigations team within the Compliance function at Farfetch. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations and internal policies. You will oversee the implementation of the code of conduct and ethics policies, ensuring that they are effectively communicated and adhered to across the organization. You will conduct investigations into ethics complaints and legal violations, ensuring that these processes are handled fairly and transparently.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including legal, HR, and operations, to promote an ethical culture and address compliance issues proactively. Your role will involve developing training programs and resources to educate employees about compliance and ethical practices. You will also be responsible for monitoring compliance metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of compliance initiatives to senior management.

As a leader in the Compliance team, you will mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. You will stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices, ensuring that Farfetch remains at the forefront of compliance and ethics in the luxury fashion marketplace.
