You'll be responsible for repairing various automotive interior components and ensuring high-quality service. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in automotive interior repair.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair experience, demonstrating your ability to handle various tasks related to interior repair. Your skills include repairing damaged cloth, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery materials. You are adept at color matching and dying cloth and fabric, ensuring that repairs blend seamlessly with the original materials. You have experience repairing center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching, showcasing your versatility in handling different types of repairs. Additionally, you are skilled in repairing stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields, making you a well-rounded technician in the automotive repair field.
As a Mid-Level Auto Interior Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on various automotive interior components. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that every repair meets our high standards. Your role will involve assessing damage and determining the best repair methods for different materials, including cloth, leather, and plastic. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Collaboration with other team members will be essential, as you will work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
