In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using Microsoft products and services. You will work closely with the Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization to ensure that customers receive timely and effective assistance. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting issues, providing guidance on best practices, and helping customers maximize their use of Microsoft solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve systemic issues, contributing to the overall improvement of customer support processes.
