Overview

Google is seeking a Senior Enterprise Field Sales Representative to drive business growth in the manufacturing industry. You'll leverage your expertise in Cloud and SaaS solutions while communicating fluently in Mandarin and English. This role requires 10 years of experience in selling infrastructure software.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 10 years of experience selling infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software. Your background includes promoting Cloud, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions, particularly within the manufacturing industry in Taiwan. You are fluent in both Mandarin and English, enabling you to effectively support customers across Greater China. You have experience managing partners in implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors, and you excel at leveraging C-level relationships to optimize software business outcomes.

You are skilled at collaborating with sales engineers and customers' technical leads to assess existing software estates, define migration plans, and build compelling business cases for migrations. Your ability to navigate large commercial and legal agreements, as well as work with procurement, legal, and business teams, sets you apart. You are passionate about inspiring organizations to work smarter with Google tools, advocating for innovative solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and mobility.

You have a proven track record of generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with customer engineers and Google partners to maximize growth in the area. Your experience includes managing multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You thrive in a role where you serve as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities, ensuring that customer needs are met with the best solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with enterprise customers in the manufacturing sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and tailor Google Cloud solutions to meet those needs. Your role will involve managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring a seamless experience for customers. You will collaborate with sales engineers to provide technical insights and support during the sales process, helping customers understand the value of Google Cloud products.

You will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including C-level executives. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English will be crucial in fostering these relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will advocate for Google products, demonstrating their innovative power and how they can transform organizations.
