GameChanger is seeking a Senior Manager for Emerging Sports Operations to drive cross-functional coordination and project management. You'll work closely with various teams to operationalize the Emerging Sports business. This role requires strong leadership and strategic execution skills.
You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally with experience in the sports or tech industry. Your ability to translate strategy into execution is exceptional, and you thrive in cross-functional environments where collaboration is key. You possess strong project management skills and are adept at driving operational rigor across diverse teams. Your leadership style is inclusive, and you excel at fostering communication and coordination among stakeholders. You understand the importance of youth sports and are passionate about contributing to their growth and impact on communities.
Experience in youth sports or community-focused organizations is a plus. Familiarity with product management and go-to-market strategies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and can adapt to the dynamic nature of a growing tech company.
In this role, you will partner with the General Manager of Emerging Sports to build and operationalize GameChanger's Emerging Sports business. You will focus on ensuring that the right inputs, processes, and communication are in place to support decision-making and business growth. Your responsibilities will include driving cross-functional coordination among Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, Brand, Business Development, and Finance teams. You will manage workstreams and daily execution, evolving into an independent operator as the business scales. Your strategic insights will help shape the direction of the Emerging Sports business, and you will play a crucial role in translating high-level strategies into actionable plans.
