Ramp is seeking an Associate General Counsel to oversee commercial legal matters. You'll work on contracts, compliance, and risk management in a fast-growing fintech environment. This role requires strong legal expertise and experience in commercial law.
You have a strong background in commercial law, with at least 5 years of experience in a legal role, ideally within the fintech or technology sectors. You understand the complexities of financial operations and are adept at navigating legal challenges in a fast-paced environment. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify potential legal risks and provide sound advice to the business. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. You are committed to fostering a culture of integrity and transparency within the organization.
As the Associate General Counsel at Ramp, you will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial legal matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts with vendors, partners, and clients.
