Deliveroo is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead key commercial projects and drive cross-functional initiatives. You'll coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to enhance the Consumer Value Proposition. This role requires strong project management skills and a data-driven approach.
You have a proven track record in project management, ideally with experience in commercial projects. You excel at coordinating with multiple teams and have a knack for using data to inform decisions. Your ability to adapt and execute go-to-market plans will be crucial in this role. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable taking ownership of your projects. You understand the importance of a seamless customer experience and are committed to improving it through strategic initiatives. You are a strong communicator, able to liaise effectively between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management teams.
In this role, you will lead key commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will serve as the primary point of contact for various teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure shared priorities are met. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you leverage data to optimize the Consumer Value Proposition and develop strategies for growth. You will drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance selection, affordability, and overall customer satisfaction. Your role will involve planning, delivery tracking, and conducting post-implementation reviews to assess project success and areas for improvement.
