What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Payment Integrity Team in ensuring that claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will leverage your understanding of Oscar's claim infrastructure and workflows to identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to translate stakeholder feedback into actionable opportunities for enhancing claims processes. Your contributions will help ensure that Oscar maintains high standards in claims payments, ultimately benefiting our members and clients. You will participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to execute changes that improve operational efficiency. As you grow in this role, you will have the opportunity to provide insights and thought leadership on Payment Integrity processes.
