Your background includes serving as a strategic advisor to leadership, helping to build high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and belonging. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and can navigate the complexities of supporting a globally distributed workforce. You understand the importance of trust and transparency in a remote setting and are skilled at building relationships across different time zones. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are passionate about creating systems that support employee growth and engagement.

Desirable

Experience in a tech company or a fast-paced environment is a plus. Familiarity with AI-native platforms or digital experience tools would be beneficial. You are adaptable and open to travel as needed, both locally and internationally, to support your teams effectively.

In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across the Engineering, Product, Design, and Insights teams to understand their strategic goals and operational needs. You will provide guidance on talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives. Your role will involve developing and implementing programs that enhance team performance and foster a culture of learning and accountability. You will also be responsible for advising on best practices for performance management and employee development, ensuring that all team members have the resources they need to succeed.
