What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of all R&D programs related to compounding and innovation. You will work closely with R&D leadership to ensure that scientific direction aligns with project execution. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, managing schedules, and ensuring that all teams are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for reporting on project progress and outcomes, providing insights that drive continuous improvement in processes and methodologies.

You will lead efforts to standardize project execution across various workstreams, ensuring that formulation, process development, and validation programs are executed consistently and effectively. Your role will require you to engage with multiple stakeholders, facilitating discussions that drive alignment and clarity on project objectives. You will also mentor and guide junior program managers, helping to develop their skills and capabilities within the organization.
