Workato is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processes for the Philippines and Korea. You'll leverage your expertise in payroll regulations and systems like ADP and Workday. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
You have strong end-to-end payroll experience specifically for the Philippines and Korea, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex payroll systems and regulations. Your working knowledge of payroll regulations in Singapore, Australia, Japan, and/or India is a strong plus, showcasing your versatility in handling diverse payroll environments. You have experience partnering with global payroll systems such as ADP and Celergo, which highlights your familiarity with industry-standard tools. Additionally, your experience with Workday gives you an edge in managing payroll processes efficiently. Your excellent analytical skills, combined with a high attention to detail and accuracy, ensure that payroll operations run smoothly and without errors.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes for employees in the Philippines and Korea, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. You will collaborate with various departments to gather necessary payroll data and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
