Senior Payroll Analyst

Who you are

You have strong end-to-end payroll experience specifically for the Philippines and Korea, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex payroll systems and regulations. Your working knowledge of payroll regulations in Singapore, Australia, Japan, and/or India is a strong plus, showcasing your versatility in handling diverse payroll environments. You have experience partnering with global payroll systems such as ADP and Celergo, which highlights your familiarity with industry-standard tools. Additionally, your experience with Workday gives you an edge in managing payroll processes efficiently. Your excellent analytical skills, combined with a high attention to detail and accuracy, ensure that payroll operations run smoothly and without errors.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes for employees in the Philippines and Korea, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. You will collaborate with various departments to gather necessary payroll data and resolve any discrepancies that may arise. Your role will involve processing payroll on a timely basis, handling payroll inquiries, and providing support for audits as needed. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring that all payroll-related documentation is up to date. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and making recommendations for process improvements. You will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment on payroll matters and contribute to the overall efficiency of the payroll function.
