What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Airtable, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new features that enhance our no-code app platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your role will involve owning the end-to-end implementation of features, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

You will participate in architectural discussions, contributing your insights to shape the direction of our platform. Your expertise will guide the team in making informed decisions about technology choices and system design. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their roles.

You will work closely with product management to prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals. Your ability to analyze user data will inform your decisions, ensuring that the features you develop drive user engagement and satisfaction.

You will be involved in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and ensuring that best practices are followed. Your commitment to quality will help maintain the high standards we set for our codebase.
