What you'll do

As a Community UX Designer at Twitch, you will lead design initiatives that enhance the experiences of streamers and viewers across the platform. You will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure that your designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. Your role will involve conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and iterating on designs based on user testing results.

You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with Twitch's brand and user experience goals. Your designs will play a crucial role in shaping the future of community engagement on the platform. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the organization.

In addition to your design work, you will participate in cross-functional meetings, presenting your ideas and designs to stakeholders and gathering input to refine your work. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring that Twitch remains at the forefront of user experience design in the live streaming space.

What we offer

Twitch offers a competitive salary range of $106,000 to $184,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
