Experience in marketing or operations within a tech company is a plus — familiarity with digital campaigns and growth strategies will set you apart. A network within the startup ecosystem, including connections with accelerators and venture capital firms, would be beneficial. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a hybrid workplace, ensuring that your team remains engaged and productive.
In this role, you will lead the Datadog for Startups program, reporting directly to the Head of Datadog for Startups. Your primary responsibility will be to design and oversee the startup community, ensuring that the best startups globally are aware of and engaged with the DDFS program. You will execute go-to-market strategies targeting startups and their ecosystem partners, driving awareness and growth through innovative marketing campaigns. You will own the application review and intake process, ensuring fairness and efficiency while resolving any conflicts that arise. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing processes for scale, allowing the program to grow without a linear increase in headcount. You will maintain program health dashboards, tracking applications, adoption, and conversion rates to report outcomes effectively. Collaboration with associate leads and cross-functional stakeholders will be key as you drive strategy and ensure the program's success.
