You have a strong background in account management and client services, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. You thrive in a remote work environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively liaise between clients and production teams. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing client documentation and training sessions with ease. You understand the importance of maximizing client satisfaction and are committed to providing a delightful experience.

What you'll do

As the Client Services Lead, you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and production teams, ensuring clear communication of goals, objectives, and timelines. You will conduct and manage client calls, providing comprehensive training for new client administrators. Your role will involve maintaining all client documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures and process-related materials. You will stay updated on industry trends and client needs to continuously improve the services offered. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a service-oriented culture within the team, ensuring that every client interaction reflects Businessolver's commitment to excellence.
