Deel is seeking a Payroll Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation of payroll solutions across EMEA. This role requires expertise in German payroll processes and a strong understanding of compliance and HRIS systems.

Who you are

You have a solid background in payroll implementation, particularly with German payroll systems, and understand the complexities involved in managing payroll across different jurisdictions. Your experience includes working with HRIS platforms and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify and resolve issues efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective payroll solutions. Your communication skills enable you to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

Experience with global payroll systems and an understanding of international labor laws would be advantageous. Familiarity with AI-powered payroll tools and a passion for enhancing user experience in payroll processes are also desirable traits. You are proactive in seeking improvements and have a knack for implementing best practices in payroll management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the implementation of payroll solutions for clients across the EMEA region, ensuring that all processes are compliant with local laws and regulations.
