What you'll do

As an Associate Solutions Engineer at Xometry, you will serve as a foundational technical resource for both internal teams and external customers. You will support the quoting process by assisting with data organization and the creation of technical documentation for complex customer programs, including Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Request for Quotes (RFQs). You will work closely with the Solutions Engineer and Sales teams to learn about the various manufacturing processes and how to effectively communicate these solutions to customers. Your role will also involve assisting with internal cost-modeling and quoting-tool development to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the quoting process. You will coordinate with suppliers and track quality documents throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects from award through delivery are managed effectively. You will engage in cross-functional learning and collaboration, gaining insights into the manufacturing industry and contributing to the overall success of the team.
