Amazon is seeking a City Head for their NOW Operations in Hyderabad to lead city-level operational performance and manage dark store launches. You'll work with SQL and Excel to track operational metrics and ensure data accuracy.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or at least 2 years of experience at Amazon. You bring over 1 year of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques. Your skills in data querying or modeling with SQL or Excel are well-honed, allowing you to maintain data integrity and support operational dashboards effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working with multiple stakeholders to drive operational success.
In this role, you will be responsible for launching dark stores and overseeing the day-to-day operations and programs. You will track and index key operational metrics, including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks. Your role will involve maintaining data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams. You will support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches, ensuring timely data updates and metric accuracy. Additionally, you will assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating closely with store operations teams.
