Who you are

You are a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Manager with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. You possess excellent analytical skills and have a proven track record of providing strategic insights and financial guidance to executive teams. Your communication abilities, both oral and written, are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup or scale-up environment, demonstrating strong business judgment and a commercially-minded approach. You have experience setting up financial processes and reporting, rather than just maintaining existing ones, which is crucial for driving the financial management of the company.

Desirable

Experience in a new business unit within an established company or in a startup environment is highly desirable. You are familiar with budgeting and forecasting processes and have a keen understanding of how to support key business decisions through financial analysis. Your ability to coordinate activities across the group will be an asset to the FP&A team.
