You have a strong background in consulting, ideally with experience in technology and management. You are skilled at translating customer objectives into actionable strategies and have a proven track record of delivering value through technology solutions. Your ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build long-term partnerships is a key strength. You are passionate about leveraging data and AI to drive business transformation and improve productivity. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to achieve customer success.
Experience in SaaS environments or process intelligence technology is a plus. Familiarity with value assessment methodologies and proof-of-value projects will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable leading workshops and discussions that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
