HubSpot is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to engage with small to medium-sized businesses and drive growth through proactive selling strategies. This role requires professional fluency in English and French, along with experience in a complex selling environment.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, demonstrating your ability to engage effectively with clients and close deals. Your professional fluency in both English and French allows you to communicate seamlessly with diverse stakeholders. You excel in complex selling environments, having successfully presented and pitched to C-level executives on business change initiatives. Your goal-oriented mindset is evident in your track record of consistently overachieving on monthly and annual targets. You are trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method, such as Sandler, which enhances your sales effectiveness. You thrive on building relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to your clients, leveraging your knowledge of digital transformation and change management.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will be responsible for developing and executing your own territory business plan, ensuring you identify and pursue new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads. You will run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders, guiding them through the sales process from start to finish. Your role will involve closing both new business and expanding the install base, consistently meeting or exceeding your quotas on a monthly basis. You will collaborate closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to refine and evolve the sales strategy as new features and products are introduced. Additionally, you will conduct online product demonstrations, showcasing the value of the HubSpot platform to potential clients. Your ability to sell through internal champions and engage multiple stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.
