Instacart is hiring an Android Engineer II to develop features for their Shopper Android app. You'll focus on architecture, design, and development to enhance the mobile experience for Shoppers. This position requires experience in Android development.
You have a solid background in Android development, with experience in building and maintaining mobile applications that prioritize user experience and performance. You understand the complexities of mobile architecture and are skilled in leading the design and implementation of features that meet user needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. As an Android Engineer II at Instacart, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing features for the Shopper Android app, ensuring that it meets the needs of our users. You will lead the architecture and design of new functionalities, collaborating with product managers and designers to create a seamless user experience. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to uphold quality standards.
