Glovo is seeking a Senior Account Manager to enhance partner experiences and drive revenue growth. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to meet objectives and tackle challenges. This role requires strong account management skills and a proactive approach.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment. You excel at gathering insights from partners to create exceptional experiences for both them and customers. Your ability to retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers is key to your success. You are metrics-driven, capable of forecasting and tracking key account metrics effectively. Collaboration is second nature to you, and you thrive in a supportive environment where learning from colleagues is encouraged. In this role, you will gather insights from partners to enhance their experience and that of our customers. You will be responsible for retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers, ensuring that you meet the monthly and quarterly objectives set by the company. You will actively collaborate with your colleagues, sharing knowledge and strategies to tackle challenges and raise the bar for account management. Your role will involve tracking key account metrics to ensure that you are on target and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
