Who you are

You have over 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a comprehensive understanding of the entire development cycle from frontend to backend and infrastructure deployment. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage with various teams and lead problem definition and resolution effectively. You possess excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in uncertain environments, and have a track record of defining and solving complex issues through experimental approaches. You are capable of understanding and documenting system architectures, and you can write and interpret technical documents in English. You are open to international travel without any restrictions.

Desirable

Experience with LangChain and OpenAI API is a plus, as is familiarity with tool calling and automation processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze and improve workflows for internal users, addressing common issues to drive significant productivity enhancements. You will work on creating a centralized platform environment that allows for easier and safer use of common tools, including MCP, LLM, and Agents. You will participate in building a large-scale agent execution infrastructure and assist in workflow migration across frontend, backend, and infrastructure domains. Additionally, you will develop a BI dashboard that provides a comprehensive overview of AI usage and performance across the organization.
