You have over 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or digital communications — you've developed a strong passion for storytelling and understand how to engage audiences through video content. Your background includes managing video and photography campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring that each piece aligns with the company's branding and marketing initiatives.

You possess a keen eye for detail and creativity — your ability to strategize and produce engaging social media campaigns has driven successful marketing efforts in your previous roles. You are comfortable collaborating with various departments, including Human Capital Management and Talent Acquisition, to create cohesive communication strategies that resonate with both internal and external audiences.

Your experience includes leading production for podcasts and other audiovisual content — you understand the importance of maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms. You are proactive in facilitating coverage for digital initiatives during events, ensuring that all photography and videography needs are met.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the company's videography and video storytelling efforts — developing comprehensive video strategies that support branding and marketing initiatives. You will manage the full lifecycle of video content creation, from planning and scripting to direction and production, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality.

You will strategize and produce thoughtful, creative social media campaigns that enhance the company's online presence — your work will directly contribute to the firm's marketing efforts and overall brand strategy. Collaborating closely with the Director of Communications, you will develop and execute external communications strategies that effectively convey the firm's message to various stakeholders.

You will lead the production of Schonfeld's internal podcast and other audiovisual content, ensuring that all materials align with the company's goals and values. Additionally, you will facilitate end-to-end coverage of digital initiatives for events, providing comprehensive photography and videography support.

Your role will also involve maintaining and organizing all photo and video assets for the company — you will ensure that these resources are easily accessible and effectively utilized in marketing efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive firmwide campaigns, leveraging your expertise in digital communications to enhance the firm's visibility and engagement.

What we offer

Schonfeld offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $170,000, along with other forms of compensation such as performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
