Shift Lead - North Buffalo

Who you are

You have experience in fast-paced, physical environments and are excited to engage in day-to-day operations. As a Shift Lead, you take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes run smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness. You are accountable for inventory management and the proper handling of company assets, ensuring they are protected from loss or theft. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality customer service and are committed to executing orders accurately while communicating effectively with customers and team members.

What you'll do

In this role, you will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and productively. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, which may include preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. Your leadership will help maintain a high standard of quality in customer orders, and you will be proactive in addressing any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process. You will also play a key role in training new team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
