OPSWAT is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive the adoption of cybersecurity platforms across ASEAN countries. You'll focus on Government and Large Enterprise sectors, building relationships and closing deals. This role requires a proven track record in sales, particularly in cybersecurity solutions.
You have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the cybersecurity sector, and have consistently exceeded sales quotas throughout your career. Your experience includes developing strategic account plans and executing them effectively to drive product adoption across various sectors, including government and large enterprises. You are skilled at building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners and system integrators, ensuring that you leverage all available resources to close deals successfully.
You are based in Singapore, Thailand, or Malaysia, and are fluent in English, which allows you to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients. Your ability to forecast accurately and understand market dynamics has been instrumental in your previous roles, enabling you to identify opportunities and challenges in the sales landscape. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing and sales development teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Experience in sectors such as BFSI, telecommunications, and conglomerates is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to engage with potential clients effectively. Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions and platforms will give you an edge in understanding client needs and positioning OPSWAT’s offerings accordingly.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for learning OPSWAT’s technology and developing a strategic account plan tailored to the ASEAN market. Your primary focus will be on driving the adoption of cybersecurity platforms and solutions, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets. You will engage with government entities and large enterprises, building strong relationships that facilitate long-term partnerships.
You will collaborate closely with the APAC Regional Sales Director and other team members, including the Channel Manager and marketing teams, to create effective sales strategies. Your role will involve identifying key accounts, understanding their unique challenges, and presenting tailored solutions that address their cybersecurity needs. You will also be responsible for closing deals and celebrating team successes, contributing to a positive and motivated sales culture.
In addition to direct sales activities, you will participate in market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the ASEAN region. This will involve staying updated on industry developments and competitor activities, allowing you to adjust your strategies accordingly. You will also be expected to provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on your interactions with clients, helping to shape future offerings and campaigns.
