You have extensive experience in total rewards and performance management, ideally with a focus on compensation and benefits. Your strategic mindset allows you to set a vision that aligns with organizational goals while being hands-on in program design and execution. You thrive in leadership roles, guiding a team while also contributing individually to critical projects. Your ability to translate complex strategies into scalable programs is a key strength, and you are adept at navigating the nuances of compensation structures across different regions.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven decisions. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about creating equitable and competitive compensation packages that attract and retain top talent. You understand the importance of performance management in driving organizational success and are committed to fostering a culture of high performance.

Desirable

Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory considerations in compensation practices. You may have a background in HR analytics or have worked with HR technology platforms that support total rewards initiatives. What you'll do

In this role, you will set the vision and strategy for BridgeBio's global compensation, benefits, and performance programs. You will lead a lean team, providing direction and context while personally owning the design and execution of critical programs.
