What you'll do

In this role, you will set the vision and strategy for BridgeBio's global compensation, benefits, and performance programs. You will lead a lean team, providing direction and context while personally owning the design and execution of critical programs. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring that the total rewards strategy aligns with the company's mission to innovate in the biopharma space. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure that compensation practices support the organization's goals and values.

You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and benchmarking compensation to ensure competitiveness. Your insights will drive the development of compensation structures that are equitable and aligned with industry standards. You will also oversee the performance management process, ensuring that it is integrated with the total rewards strategy and supports employee development and engagement.

Your role will involve regular communication with employees to ensure they understand the total rewards offerings and how they align with their contributions to the company. You will also work on initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction with the total rewards programs.
