Esri is hiring an Operations Associate to support hardware setup and inventory management at their Redlands headquarters. You'll utilize your skills in Microsoft Windows, Office, and SAP to ensure efficient operations. This role requires at least 1 year of related experience.
You have at least 1 year of experience in a related field, demonstrating your ability to work independently and handle conflicts positively. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time management skills. Your detail-oriented approach ensures that you manage tasks effectively, and you are capable of lifting up to 50 pounds multiple times a day. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products is essential, and being forklift certified is a plus. You have strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Current or previous California OSHA Forklift Certification is recommended, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Experience with SAP will also be beneficial in this role.
In this role, you will perform hardware setup and teardown, assisting with employee office moves related to computer equipment. You will track and update computer assets as they are reassigned to employees, ensuring that all equipment is accounted for. Handling equipment and inventory related to separations from the company will be part of your responsibilities, as well as conducting weekly inventory counts of computer and electronic hardware within the warehouse. Your organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
